We have a tool that we used for 360 photos and floor plan/sketches before docusketch but the capabilities were VERY limited to only photos, walk through documentation and birdseye view of project. It didn’t have any of the integration or estimator capabilities that Docusketch has. No need to hire additional estimators as we can outsource this to DocuSketch;Time-consuming paperwork outsourced;We are faster to submit a proposal to property owners
The 3D visual makes checking out the job remotely a lot more thorough and has actually helped build our relations with various insurance adjusters due to the ease of use.
